Redco Rotary Atomisers, have been in use since 1994 and the latest versions in continuous use since 1999. The REDCo atomiser utilises a method of droplet generation known as 'Rotary Energy' to produce a fine mist with very low energy consumption and little or no degradation of the spray pattern over long service periods. The multi-purpose atomisers were developed in the U.K.originally for use in humidification systems in air handling units (AHU's) and in evaporative cooling and odour control applications. They are equally effective when humidifying and reducing temperatures (evaporative cooling) in large open areas such as fruit and vegetable storage, warehouses, greenhouses and outdoor Restaurant and outdoor fuctions. Our atomisers require only mains water and electricity supplies for operation, without the need for dedicated compressed air or high pressure water systems. It is one of the most efficient cold water systems on the market today, producing droplets of less than 25 microns which ensures rapid evaporation. No open water storage or recirculating system is used, thus making it a hygienic system for all environments. Additionally, the compact size and light weight of the units allows easy and economical installation.
